Who are we? Mossier is a team of experienced LGBTQ inclusion consultants and champions. We believe an LGBTQ inclusive culture benefits ALL employees (yep, even straight white men). Because our community includes every other community, our intersectional approach is key.
What do we do? Using our Queer lens, we work with organizations to develop workplace equity for everyone.
We consult with organizations to develop strong employee resource groups, LGBTQ recruiting strategies, self-identification and DEI analytics initiatives, and equitable policies, benefits and people procedures. We offer a suite of trainings to build a culture of LGBTQ inclusion and inclusive leadership skills
We have recruiting partnerships to diversify hiring and provide networking opportunities for your future employees.
And we support LGBTQ people with career coaching and job placement services. Career coaching spans everything from resume and interview prep, networking and job research and career discovery convos.
