Intersections: How Race & LGBTQ Identity Show up in Our Workplaces

Join us for a transformative event that delves into the intersections of racial justice and LGBTQ awareness in the workplace. The facilitation will explicitly lift up values of racial justice, and will take extra care of Black, Native, Brown, POC and Indigenous participants.
From the Combahee River Collective to Stonewall there’s a rich history of Black and Queer solidarity. Let’s chat about how racial identity and experience fits into the larger LGBTQ discussion of workplace diversity, equity and inclusion.
It’s not enough to want diverse spaces, we have to actively build them together. As we grow our workplace cultures to be more inclusive, it will inevitably increase employee retention.
