You’ve read the articles, gone to workshops, added your pronouns to your email signature, now what? It’s time to apply it! Look around your workplace; who gets to speak first, who does the food order, who has to be a spokesperson, the questions are endless. We will dip into how gender bias or norms impact recruiting, marketing, benefits, company policy and culture. The work to deconstruct gender never stops, but we love to start a conversation.
