Pride Public Training: Normalizing Pronouns

Pencils and paper everyone, the heading for today’s lesson is (drumroll please) pronouns!  What’s one of our most powerful tools to ensure transgender, nonbinary and all genders feel safe at work? Pronouns. Guess the topic that challenges our beliefs about language, grammar and gender. You guessed it. Pronouns. 

Pronouns are so major we had to give it an entire session, learn how to normalize pronoun usage and help others as well.
