33% of Mossier job seekers indicated that they are currently or would like to work in tech (the highest % across all industries we surveyed). Many of those same job seekers are struggling with breaking into the industry, upskilling and moving up in the industry and balancing a strong desire to work somewhere that affirms LGBTQ people.

This Mossier meet-up will feature a panel of LGBTQ individuals in Tech sharing their stories and experiences navigating the industry. During the second-half of the event, job seekers will be able to join breakout sessions with the company of their choice to learn more about open roles, ask further questions about the culture, and  receive job seeking tips and tricks.
